Transfer scores from Excel
Open your scores in Excel worksheet. Select the scores and click paste2webSAMS button. Scores will be transferred into WebSAMS automatically.
| Manage partial scores entryl
For two teachers entering scores in a same class. One teacher enters his own scores in Excel and leaving the other scores as blank. Click the paste2webSAMS button, the partial scores will be transferred to WebSAMS without changing the others scores.
| Transfer multi-column scores and grade
Select more than one column of scores and paste to WebSAMS is as easy as one click. You can also transfer grade instead of scores to WebSAMS. Transferred data will be verified in WebSAMS score entry screen automatically.
| Validate scores and grade entry
After the scores and grade are transferred to WebSAMS, they will be verified according to the WebSAMS score entry validation rules. Invalid entry will be shown. User can make correction and perform the transfer again. One more advantage is that the validation rule will be up to date for all the changes in WebSAMS.
